-
Identify your pets with tags or micro-chips.
-
For Animal Control, part of the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department, call (317) 776-4110, or email Tom Rogers at tom.rogers@hamiltoncounty.in.gov
Additionally, the Board would ask that you please not feed any ferel cats. With rare exception, animal issues are the responsibility of the individual homeowner(s)/Animal Control. Please avoid directing these issues to the association board and/or the property management company as you will be directed to contact Animal Control.
Recycling Program Approved
The Lexington Farms HOA board recently approved the recycling program for the entire neighborhood. Through negotiation with Republic Trash, the program will actually result in a cost reduction for the HOA. Recycling will become effective starting September 1st. Information will be distributed soon as to how to participate in the recycling program.
New Delinquency Policy
Effective January 21, 2010 there is a new policy in place regarding delinquent payment of HOA dues. Prior to the new policy, the collection of excessive late dues was handled by the HOA's attorney. Excessively late dues will now be turned over to a collecton agency. Click here for a copy of the new policy.
Friendly Reminder
Is your front yard post light operating? Remember, proper lighting not only enhances your property but also assist the community in maintaining a safe, secure environment. Many times all that is needed is a new light bulb. This link gives instructions on how to replace a defective photoelectric switch. A well-lighted neighborhood is a SAFER NEIGHBORHOOD! Thank you for your effort in helping keep Lexington Farms a safe and enjoyable community to live in.
For Your Information
It appears that LF is becoming overwhelmed with the population of geese so we have obtained a license from the US Fish and Wildlife Service that allows us to contract with a company that will remove or relocate nests and eggs that are on Lexington Farms Common Areas. If you know of any, please notify Lee Geupel!
The New US 31 Hamilton County Project

This project is part of the larger Major Moves initiative to upgrade the route to freeway standards from Indianapolis to South Bend. Click here for more details.
