How much does it cost to rent the clubhouse?
There is a $150.00 rental fee, as well as a $150.00 deposit. The deposit will be returned upon a satisfactory inspection report following the rental event.

What is being done to remediate the boarded up home on Santa Anita Court?
Several residents have voiced concerns regarding the boarded up home on Santa Anita Court. The HOA board, through its attorney, is working on remediating the situation. Currently this is what the HOA board knows:

A default foreclosure judgment was entered on August 23rd, 2011

Public notices for a Sheriff's sale are expected to be published in November/December 2011 for a sale in January 2012

Any major maintenance or demolition on the property cannot occur until after title is determined after the Sheriff's sale. It is unclear at this time what action (restoration/demoltion) will be taken

The City of Carmel Zoning Enforcement is considering an enforcement order based on zoning violations. It is unclear at this time as to whether Carmel has jurisdiction and, if so, what actions would be taken as a result of this

What are the pool hours?
The pool is open from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm.

Where can I obtain a key to the pool/tennis courts?
New residents should receive their key from the previous owner. All requests for keys should be addressed to Kirkpatrick Management . There is a limit of one key per household. A replacement for a lost key is available for $10.
